Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our consultancy services. Please read this policy carefully before booking, as our services are professional/advisory in nature and differ from physical goods.

1. Before Work Begins
If you cancel your booking before we have started any work on your engagement (i.e., before the first consultation call, audit, or deliverable has commenced), you are eligible for a 100% refund. Send a cancellation request to [support email] with your order reference number.

2. After Work Has Begun
Because consultancy time, analysis, and effort are committed as soon as an engagement starts, refunds after work has begun are handled as follows:

  • Session-based services (e.g., consulting calls, audits): No refund once the session has been delivered.
  • Project-based services (e.g., migrations, integrations, automations): If cancelled after work has started but before completion, a prorated refund may be issued for the undelivered portion, at our discretion, minus any third-party costs already incurred (hosting, API/licensing fees, etc.).
  • Monthly retainers: You may cancel future months at any time with [7/15/30] days' notice. The current billing month is non-refundable once work has commenced, but no further charges will apply after cancellation.
  • Emergency/hourly support: Non-refundable once work has started, as this is billed for time and effort already spent diagnosing/fixing the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued where:

  • The service has been fully delivered as scoped.
  • Delay or non-cooperation from your side (e.g., not providing access, credentials, or content needed to complete the work) prevented completion.
  • Government registration services (Udyam, GeM, Trademark, GST, etc.) where the application has already been filed with the relevant authority — statutory/government fees are non-refundable once submitted.
  • You simply change your mind after the deliverable has been provided and accepted.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Instamojo and typically reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer's processing time. We do not control bank-side settlement timelines.

6. Rescheduling
